At nutricanis, we use high-quality premium ingredients whose great taste we have extensively tested with our four-legged friends. If your dog still doesn't want to eat the food, you can return our unopened dog food/unopened 6-packs to us within 30 days and receive a refund. That's the nutricanis satisfaction guarantee. We cover the return shipping costs within Germany. You pay for return shipping from abroad.

Complaints
Although we make every effort to make sure your Nutricanis order reaches you in perfect condition, a small number of customers may receive incorrect deliveries or damaged products in exceptional cases. Naturally, in such rare cases, Nutricanis will take the goods back and exchange them quickly and free of charge.

In the next step, we will send you an email with a shipping label that you can use to return the parcel to us at no charge. Please complete the return form and ship it along with the incorrect delivery or faulty goods in the original packaging.
